Job summary

Cozycozy is seeking a creative Content Manager to lead the branding, content strategy and user experience for new thematic websites. You’ll define identity, messaging and editorial direction while shaping content and visuals to deliver engaging, user-centric digital experiences.

You will own content creation from naming and headlines to SEO-friendly copy—aligning tone, messaging and features with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content management, editorial strategy or brand content.
• Exceptional writing with attention to detail and clarity.
• Creative mindset with ability to craft distinctive digital experiences.
• Ability to identify user needs, challenge approaches and propose valuable features.
• Autonomy to lead projects from brief to launch while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Define each website's identity, positioning and messaging to align with business goals.
• Shape content and UX by prioritising information, sections and visual blocks.
• Create and manage website content: headlines, descriptions, CTAs and editorial copy.
• Ensure consistent tone of voice across sites and optimise content for SEO.
• Propose product improvements, articulate user needs and work with Product/Design/Engineering to bring ideas to life.
