Cozycozy in Paris is seeking a creative Content Manager to launch new thematic websites. You will shape identity, define content strategy, and craft user-centric experiences.

From naming and messaging to visuals and SEO, you’ll lead hands-on content creation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life. This role offers autonomy, growth, and impact in a fast-growing travel tech startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content management, digital content, editorial strategy or a similar role.
• Excellent writing skills with clear, engaging content.
• Creative mindset for ideas and visual directions.
• Product sensitivity to identify user needs and suggest features.
• Autonomy and ownership from brief to finished website.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience in travel or accommodation or comparison websites is a plus.
• Experience launching websites, building digital brands or working in a digital agency, e-commerce or online platform is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define the website's identity and positioning for each new site.
• Shape content and UX by highlighting information and prioritizing sections.
• Create and manage website content: headlines, descriptions, CTAs and editorial content.
• Identify opportunities to improve the product and suggest new features with feasibility input.
