Job summary

Cozycozy is seeking a Content Manager to shape new thematic websites, define identity and messaging, and craft compelling user experiences. You will lead branding, editorial direction and content strategy while ensuring consistency across pages.

You will collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering, identifying opportunities to differentiate sites and improve content relevance and discoverability for millions of travelers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content management, editorial strategy or brand content.
• Excellent writing with clear, engaging messaging and high attention to detail.
• Creative mindset for crafting distinctive digital experiences.
• Product sensitivity to identify user needs and propose relevant features.
• Autonomy and ownership from brief to finished website.

Responsibilities

• Define website identity, positioning and messaging for new sites.
• Shape content and user experience, prioritise sections and blocks.
• Create and manage all website copy, headlines and CTAs.
• Ensure tone of voice consistency and alignment with brand identity.
• Suggest new features and improvements with Product, Design and Engineering.
