Cozycozy is seeking a creative Content Manager to lead the launch of new thematic websites. You will shape each site's identity, content strategy and user experience, from naming to visuals and messaging.

You will craft engaging copy, ensure consistent voice, and apply SEO best practices to boost visibility. A collaborative, autonomous role with potential to influence product features and brand direction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content management, digital content, editorial strategy or similar.
• Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with ability to craft distinctive digital experiences.
• Product sensitivity to identify user needs and propose features.
• Autonomy and ownership from brief to finished website.
• Collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams.
• Experience launching websites or building digital brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define website identity, positioning and messaging.
• Shape content and user experience; structure and prioritize sections.
• Select and configure blocks within our template and visuals.
• Write all website copy including headlines and CTAs.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve relevance and visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve the product and suggest features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to assess feasibility.
