ACL Partners in Paris seeks a Private Equity Associate to join its mid-cap fund. You will support buyout transactions across the full investment lifecycle, from initial screening through execution and exit, working closely with senior investment professionals on transactions and portfolio companies.

The role demands strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills, solid transaction execution experience, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally within an M&A team.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Solid transaction execution experience, with exposure to buyout transactions an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
• Entrepreneurial approach, strong sense of ownership and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a demanding team environment.
• Native-level French and fluency in English are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Support buyout transactions across the full investment lifecycle, from initial screening through to execution and exit
• Build and analyse financial models, valuations and investment cases
• Conduct company and market analysis to assess key business and investment drivers
• Coordinate commercial, financial and legal due diligence workstreams
• Prepare investment memos, investment committee materials and management presentations
• Participate in management meetings and transaction discussions alongside senior team members
• Support portfolio companies on strategic and value-creation initiatives
