Seven2 is seeking a sustainability analyst intern to support ESG data collection across portfolio companies and help monitor performance. You will work closely with leadership to structure initiatives addressing strategic sustainability priorities.

Ideal candidates are Master’s students with strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills, fluency in French, professional English, and at least 6 months in Strategy Consulting, CSR, or ESG roles.

Qualificações

• Master’s student in a top-tier European business school or engineering school.
• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Autonomy, proactiveness, and strong motivation for sustainability and private equity.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Strategy Consulting, CSR, or ESG function.

Responsabilidades

• Support the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio companies.
• Participate in portfolio company monitoring, including meetings preparation.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to improve their impact and ESG performance.
• Contribute to answering LPs’ ESG questionnaires.
• Assist in preparing Seven2’s regulatory reporting requirements (SFDR, PAI, LEC29).
• Note: as part of the broader value creation team, assist with other projects such as pricing, purchasing, or AI.

Our Value Creation team, composed of 4 people, works closely with the leadership teams of our portfolio companies to accelerate their development, particularly by helping them address strategic priorities such as sustainability.

In this context, we are looking for an intern to support us on a mission focused on sustainability analysis, monitoring, and initiative structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio companies

• Participate in portfolio company monitoring, including meetings preparation

• Work closely with portfolio companies to improve their impact and ESG performance

• Contribute to answering LPs’ ESG questionnaires

• Assist in preparing Seven2’s regulatory reporting requirements (SFDR, PAI, LEC29)
