Seven2 is seeking a Master’s-level finance candidate to join the Investor Relations, Capital Formation & Corporate Development team in Paris. You will support fundraising activities, prepare marketing materials, and maintain investor databases while collaborating with the sales team.

You will contribute to data rooms, answering investor queries, and performing market benchmarking in a fast-paced private equity environment, with English and French proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Master student in corporate finance or business school specializing in finance.
• Prior 6+ months experience in Private Equity, Transaction Services or Strategy Consulting.
• Master financial modeling in Excel and creation of Powerpoint slides and Word memos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and in English.
• Professionalism, rigor, proactiveness, curiosity and strong motivation for Private Equity.

Responsabilités

• Project management for new fund-raising activities: preparation/update of dataroom, responses to investor questionnaires, quantitative market analysis.
• Support to sales team on the preparation of marketing materials (pitches) for the different funds managed by Seven2.
• Preparation of supporting documents for Annual General Meeting & Board of advisors.
• Update Investor Relations databases, including investor/prospect lists, and improve tracking of LP/prospect contacts with LPs and prospects.
• Support to sales team on the update of Investor information and activity in the CRM.
• Market watch (e.g. benchmarking performance of competing funds).
• Help organize conferences
