PAI Partners is a leading private equity firm seeking an ESG internship in Paris for a 6-month period starting January 2027. The role offers exposure to ESG data collection, reporting analysis, and preparation of communications materials related to ESG initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a Masters or equivalent in engineering or business, fluency in English, and a hands-on, autonomous working style.

Qualifications

Opportunity to play a lead role toPAI’s annual ESG data collection and reporting analysis

Contribute to the preparation of internal and external communication materials related to ESG (e.g. Sustainability Report, investor presentations, external ESG questionnaires, etc.)

Exposure to ESG due diligence processes and to support the establishment of sustainability value creation initiatives for PAI’s portfolio companies

Job requirements

We are looking for a motivated and driven intern, able to quickly adapt to a very competitive and fast changing environment.

Masters / Equivalentfrom an engineering or business school (degree preferablyrelated to Sustainability)

Student seeking a full-time internship, 2nd part of a gap-year internship or an end-of-studies internship (6 months). You must be able to provide a "convention de stage" (letter from your university confirming right / support of an internship)

Fluency in English is a prerequisite, other European languages are beneficial in addition

Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach

Strong analytical, reporting, and editing skills, with stringent attention to detail

Previous experience in ESG / CSR / sustainability consulting or corporate environments is beneficial
