Job summary

PAI Partners is a leading private equity firm seeking an ESG internship in Paris for a 6-month period starting January 2027. The role offers exposure to ESG data collection, reporting analysis, and preparation of communications materials related to ESG initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a Masters or equivalent in engineering or business, fluency in English, and a hands-on, autonomous working style.

Qualifications

• Masters/Equivalent from engineering or business school (degree related to Sustainability).
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work on ESG data collection and reporting analysis.
• Assist in preparing internal and external ESG communication materials.
• Support ESG due diligence and sustainability initiatives for portfolio companies if applicable.
