PAI Partners S.R.L. in Paris invites a motivated ESG intern to join our team, focusing on data collection and reporting analysis for sustainability initiatives across portfolio companies.

You will help prepare internal and external materials, support due diligence processes, and contribute to value creation initiatives. The role requires a 6-month internship with a university convention and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Masters / Equivalent from engineering or business school, preferably related to Sustainability.
• Student seeking a full-time internship (6 months) with university convention (convention de stage).
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite; other European languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities will include

• Opportunity to play a lead role to PAI’s annual ESG data collection and reporting analysis
• Contribute to the preparation of internal and external communication materials related to ESG (e.g. Sustainability Report, investor presentations, external ESG questionnaires, etc.)
• Exposure to ESG due diligence processes and to support the establishment of sustainability value creation initiatives for PAI’s portfolio companies

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and driven intern, able to quickly adapt to a very competitive and fast changing environment.

• Masters / Equivalent from an engineering or business school (degree preferably related to Sustainability)
• Student seeking a full-time internship, 2nd part of a gap-year internship or an end-of-studies internship (6 months). You must be able to provide a "convention de stage" (letter from your university confirming right / support of an internship)
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite, other European languages are beneficial in addition
• Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach
• Strong analytical, reporting, and editing skills, with stringent attention to detail
• Previous experience in ESG / CSR / sustainability consulting or corporate environments is beneficial
• Authorised to live and work in the European Union
