Job summary

Eurazeo is seeking an intern for the Private Debt Management team in Paris. The role covers fund lifecycle monitoring, capital calls, distributions, and accounting closings, with exposure to valuation and reporting to investors.

You will interact with depositaries, fund administrators, and external auditors, supporting cross-functional activities in a high-growth investment environment. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a successful first experience in financial control, management control, or audit.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong written communication skills are essential.
• Proactive and dynamic mindset is expected.
• Ability to work autonomously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and rigor in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the fund throughout its lifecycle from inception to liquidation.
• Manage capital calls and distributions and record transactions in eFront.
• Prepare and review accounting closings for funds.
• Value investment funds and support reporting processes.
• Draft investor reports and annual reports.
• Calculate and monitor investment ratio requirements and related covenants.
• Coordinate with depositary, fund administrator/accounting provider, and external auditors.
