Job summary

Eurazeo is seeking a six-month intern to support the monitoring of portfolio companies within its Private Debt team. The role focuses on financial analyses, investor reporting, and collaboration with management teams to understand company performance.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s degree in business or engineering with finance background and must be fluent in English. This internship offers exposure to Europe-wide deals and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid academic record; pursuing a relevant Master's degree in a top-ranking Business School.
• Engineering students with corporate finance background will be considered.
• Fluency in English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio company performance using monthly reporting packages.
• Participate in calls and meetings with portfolio company management teams.
• Prepare concise memos on performance and waiver requests.
• Assist in preparing materials for the valuation committee.
• Support the production of investor reporting and portfolio analyses (diversification, revenue, leverage, ratings).
• Collect and record reporting data from portfolio companies.
