Job summary

Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund offers internships to engage in direct acquisition of mid-sized companies and support the team in due diligence, structuring and financing. You will be part of the Investment Team in Paris and work with the Impact team on day-to-day tasks.

The internship focuses on strategic/financial analysis, memo drafting, and financial modeling, with exposure to meetings with management, lawyers, and bankers.

Qualifications

• Academic background: 2nd/3rd year student in a top-ranked Business School, Engineering School, Science Po, Dauphine
• Previous experience in finance or strategy consulting is desired
• Knowledge of corporate finance & accounting basics
• Fluency in French & English required

Responsibilities

• Strategic and financial analysis of investment opportunities (market analysis, competitive positioning, business model)
• Drafting Investment Committee memos
• Financial modeling (business plan, operational model, LBO, structuring, financing, ROI, scenarios)
• Participation in meetings with management, consultants, lawyers, bankers
• Valuation of companies: comparables, DCF, sum of parts
• Monitoring of portfolio companies: build-up analysis, reporting
