NiCE is seeking a Principal Technical Product Designer to own design quality across our enterprise AI platform. We operate like a startup inside NiCE — fast, scrappy, hands-on — with PMs prototyping using Claude.

You will build a strong design system to scale the product team and tackle the hardest, most complex problems while maintaining coherence across the experience. You are a senior/principal designer who has led design across complex SaaS platforms and has designed AI tooling for building,

Qualifications

• Senior or principal product designer with leadership across complex SaaS or multi-product platforms.
• You've designed AI tooling - products for building, configuring, or operating AI systems.
• You've coded or built agents yourself and understand what matters in design decisions.
• You value design judgment and demonstrable impact over years on a CV.

Responsabilités

• Own design quality across NiCE's enterprise AI platform.
• Build and govern a scalable design system to empower product teams.
• Set the bar, govern quality, and ensure a coherent experience across the product suite.
• Lead end-to-end UX from concept to prototype with cross-functional teams.
