ixolabs.ai is seeking a presentation-design specialist to translate brand and style into concrete criteria, produce reference decks, and define what a well-crafted result should look like.

You will work remotely across Europe and North America, delivering task briefs and detailed visual rubrics; expert PowerPoint/Keynote skills and familiarity with Figma or Adobe tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in an agency, in-house communications/brand team or independent presentation-design practice.
• A portfolio of board, pitch, sales or brand-system decks is useful evidence.
• Understand how to extend a visual system across different slide types and accurately infer style from a reference.
• Expert PowerPoint and/or Keynote skills, plus familiarity with Figma or Adobe tools, are preferred.
• AI-training or rubric-writing experience is helpful but not necessary.

Your work at IXO Build demanding presentation-design tasks with clear examples of successful execution. You will work from permitted reference decks, brand assets and structured content to define what a well-crafted result should look like and how it should be assessed.

Preferred experience

The preferred profile includes three to five years in an agency, in-house communications/brand team or independent presentation-design practice. A portfolio of board, pitch, sales or brand-system decks is useful evidence.

You should understand how to extend a visual system across different slide types and accurately infer style from a reference. Expert PowerPoint and/or Keynote skills, plus familiarity with Figma or Adobe tools, are preferred. Large template redesigns, brand-to-template translation and data-rich decks add value. AI-training or rubric-writing experience is helpful but not necessary.

Eligibility, outputs and pay

The role is remote for contributors based in North America or Europe. Deliverables are task briefs, reference presentations and detailed visual scoring rubrics.

Per completed task; fee agreed before work. IXO will agree the USD fee, expected submissions, scope and delivery schedule before work starts. Payment is based on the completed deliverable meeting its specifications; no hourly conversion is advertised.
