CERBAIR is seeking a Presales Engineer to join the Customer Success Department to support pre-sales activities. You will assess customer needs, prepare and conduct demonstrations, perform site surveys, and define architectures for anti-drone systems.

You will work in a demanding, security-focused environment with direct contact to institutional and private clients in France and internationally. Strong English and field travel are required.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a demanding technical environment: defense, security, telecommunications, or technology industries.
• Fluency in technical English is essential for international interaction.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and lead technical demonstrations of anti-drone systems in France and internationally.
• Oversee deployment, testing, and proof-of-concept demonstrations for prospects and customers.
• Present CERBAIR’s technical and operational capabilities to discerning clients.
• Conduct site surveys to identify topographical, RF, technical, and logistical constraints.
• Help define the optimal technical architecture: sensor placement, RF coverage, installation height, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure successful pre-sales phases.
• Collect and organize feedback to drive continuous improvement of solutions and documentation.
• Travel to secure and sensitive sites within France and internationally.
