China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is hiring a Presales & Project Engineer (m/f/x) to provide pre-sales and delivery technical support to sales in France. You will design and validate technical solutions through the full project life cycle, collaborating with sales, product managers, network engineers, and procurement teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering and 3+ years in IT/Telecom with strong IPLC/IEPL/IP Transit/IP VPN knowledge, plus fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in IT & Telecom with IPLC/IEPL/IP Transit/IP VPN knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver high-quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences and trade shows.
• Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation.
• Meet with customers with account managers, design, specify and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy enterprise customer needs.
• Responsible for technical solution design and validation in the whole project life cycle.
• Execute efficient communications with customer as technical point of contact.
• Manage the project scope boundary, identify the risks in the presale stage, and manage the identified risks.
• Interact with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors.
• Specific presales technical tasks assigned by management team

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and provision of high-quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy presentations at seminars, conferences and trade shows.
• Participate in technical SLA and contract negotiation.
• Participate in customer’s meeting with account managers, design, specify and advise on the most suitable communications solution to satisfy enterprise customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT & Telecom marketSolid technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, familiar with ICT, Cloud and IDC preferred
• Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related as a Nice-to-Have
• Profound project management skills and communication skills
• Excellent self-motived team player and quick adaption to dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English and Mandarin
