China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is hiring a Presales & Project Engineer (m/f/x) to provide pre-sales and delivery technical support in France. You will participate in solution design, SLA negotiations, and customer meetings with cross-functional teams across sales, product management, network engineering, and procurement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Telecommunication or Computer Engineering, 3+ years in IT/Telecom, and fluency in French, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of IT & Telecom market experience.
• Solid technical knowledge in ICT-related services (IPLC/IEPL/IP Transit/IP VPN).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken French, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present high-quality generic product, services, regulatory and strategy materials at seminars and conferences.
• Support technical SLA and contract negotiations.
• Assist in customer meetings with account managers to design optimal communications solutions.
• Design and validate technical solutions across the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with customers as the technical point of contact.
