Fortinet in Paris, France is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the sales organization with technical pre-sales activities and on-call technical leadership on customer discussions.

The role involves training customers, discussing features and integrations, and acting as the primary technical resource on sales calls while leveraging deep networking knowledge. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support or sales or systems engineering.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/Internet services administration and common networking protocols.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and explain features, specifications and integration to customers.
• Converse with networking applications and solutions; provide post-sales training support when needed.
