Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in France is seeking a motivated marketing intern to support calendar coordination, launches, and cross-functional projects. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, analysis, and presentation support across luxury beauty brands.

This internship offers exposure to regional campaigns, data tracking, and collaboration with Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Fluency in English is expected; French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
First internship experience in marketing, business analysis, luxury, beauty, retail, FMCG, or commercial operations is a plus.
Strong interest in beauty, consumer trends, brand strategy, and commercial planning.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and data.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-structured documents.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
Proactive, curious, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
Fluent in English; French or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and update regional marketing calendars for key launches and campaigns.
Prepare planning documents and presentation materials for internal meetings.
Track milestones, deadlines, and follow-ups for launches and campaigns.
Collect, organize, and summarize launch and performance data from multiple sources.
Prepare simple analyses and dashboards to support reviews.
Track initiatives and flag gaps or required information from markets.
Coordinate day-to-day with Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, and Online teams.
Follow up on action points and timelines.
Contribute to clear, accurate planning tools, trackers, and templates.
Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, recap documents, and meeting materials.
Consolidate market feedback, competitor insights, and internal updates.
Assist ad hoc projects related to commercial planning, product launches, or operational execution.
