AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer, Power to join our Power Engineering team. The role focuses on design for simple cycle and combined cycle plants, including equipment sizing, system modeling, and P&IDs, with cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a ABET-accredited mechanical/chemical degree, a PE license, and 5+ years in power or industrial facilities. Proficiency with AFT Fathom, AutoCAD, and SmartPlant 3D is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering from ABET-accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Mechanical design for power systems incl. sizing and modeling.
• Develop P&IDs and equipment specs.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure success.
• Prepare calculations, schematics, and design deliverables.
• Support proposals, cost estimation, and project planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and review submittals.
• Maintain QA, safety, and codes (ASME B31.1, BPVC, NFPA, API).
• Provide field engineering support as needed.
