As an Automation Engineer (Power, Controls & Information Systems – PC&IS), you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations. You will design, implement, and continuously improve automation, electrical, and control systems while leading technical projects that enhance safety, reliability, productivity, and operational excellence. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation & Controls, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of regulated industries such as Food, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceuticals, including GMP principles, is an advantage.
Skills & Experience: 0–5 years of experience in automation, electrical engineering, or industrial controls projects. Strong interest in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and emerging technologies. Experience with—or willingness to quickly develop expertise in—power systems, industrial networks, machine control, instrumentation, robotics, vision systems, and industrial cybersecurity. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams. Curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
