Qualifications

• Strong background in marine biogeochemistry and/or social sciences.
• Experience in design, implementation, and analysis of social science surveys.
• Proficiency in scientific programming languages and analytical tools.
• Excellent command of scientific English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage stakeholders at regional, European, and global levels to influence project strategy.
• Conduct participatory assessments to understand stakeholders' needs and risk perceptions.
• Co-design decision-support tools that contextualize climate information for diverse groups.
• Design and implement an integrated communication strategy on ocean stressors.
• Maximize uptake and sustainability of project outcomes through policy engagement and exploitation activities.
• Strengthen local capacity through co-created training and educational activities.
• Monitor and evaluate project activities against defined KPIs with transparency and learning.
