CNRS's Institut Jacques Monod invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher in the Cell Division & Reproduction team. The project aims to elucidate chromosome segregation mechanisms in human cells and C. elegans embryos, combining cell biology, imaging, and molecular approaches in a multidisciplinary environment.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. with in-depth knowledge of cell biology and imaging, and expertise in C. elegans.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Ph.D. with in-depth knowledge of cell biology and imaging.
  • Evidence of expertise in the C. elegans model is required.
  • Ability to lead a research project independently and contribute to the team.

Responsabilités

  • Participate in a cell biology research project aimed at elucidating chromosome segregation mechanisms.
  • Lead a research project independently while contributing to the Cell Division & Reproduction team.
  • Advance understanding of the alternative pathway in C. elegans and human cells.
  • Collaborate within IJMonod and present results effectively in English.
