IXO is seeking a design reviewer to help develop polished business document references. You will compare alternative presentations, revise the strongest version, and ensure precise formatting and consistency. This is a remote, part-time role with around ten hours per week, paying hourly USD rates.

Applicants should have a background in visual design or related fields and be able to articulate visual judgments clearly. Desktop PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Background in visual design, marketing communications, consulting or corporate communications.

Responsabilités

• Assess page and slide structure, spacing, typography, colour and overall consistency.
• Compare alternatives against a shared scoring rubric, explaining how design choices affect the reader.
• Repair the strongest version in its native format, fixing margins, sizing, space and tables.
• Anchor feedback to the relevant slide, paragraph, table or cell so it can be reproduced.
• Check that design improvements preserve the meaning and usability of the content.
