Siemens Energy is seeking a senior PMO/BI professional to drive operational excellence and standardisation across Grid Technology Services Europe & Africa. You will shape governance, implement best practices, and enable scalable growth while delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will partner with regional stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and champion digital transformation to optimise end-to-end processes, with a strong focus on quality, automation, and data-driven

Qualifications

• University studies in Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in PM or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of PM lifecycles incl. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with LEAN, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Establish and continuously improve project management standards and governance.
• Lead business process optimization to boost efficiency and quality.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Govern and enhance PM methodologies, tools, KPIs and reporting.
• Drive corrective actions with Quality teams to strengthen performance.
• Support digital transformation and scalable operations.
