For one of our customers, we are looking for a Project Manager Officer.

Location: 70% remote and 30% on-site in Valbonne, France (1 day per week)

Duration: 9 months+(renewable)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced PMO to support a major transformation program within the Development Department. The PMO will work closely with the Transformation Program Lead to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare progress presentations for transformation projects
• Develop operating procedure presentations for specific project phases
• Monitor and track KPIs and OKRs
• Manage cross-functional communication between teams
• Maintain and update the project SharePoint site
• Provide support to Vendor and Contract Managers

Profile Requirements:

• Experienced professional with strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Autonomous, with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Critical and creative mindset
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and/or video editing
• Knowledge of IT systems
• Understanding of procurement and contract management
• Knowledge of Scrum, SAFE and ITIL.
• Experience with ServiceNow is required.
• Fluent French and English mandatory.
