The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PMO within financial services, strong KPI tracking, and robust IT/SDLC knowledge, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Jira, Confluence and advanced Excel.

• 8+ years in PMO/Project Management within financial services.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT and business workstreams to integrate the acquired organization and onboard to internal tools.
• Use AI-powered methods to automate PMO tasks, forecast budgets, and streamline reporting.
• Track, forecast, and manage project budgets including vendor costs and workloads.
• Coordinate architecture and steering committees, ensuring regular review of designs, budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with IT, Architecture and Business teams to standardize integration phases and data governance.
• Represent the project in bi-weekly architecture meetings and monthly IT management reviews.
