Voodoo is seeking a Playable Ads AI Engineer to create the next generation of interactive ads. You will combine playable development with applied AI to build, modify, and scale ads efficiently.

Responsibilities include converting games into playable ads, training AI models, and collaborating with creative, growth, data, and engineering teams to improve pipelines and performance. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in playable ads development.
• Experience with Unity projects and game development.
• Hands-on experience with AI engineering workflows.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and performance drivers.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• At least 3+ years in playable ads, Unity, or AI roles.

Responsabilités

• Convert existing games into playable ads using Unity, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar tools.
• Train and fine-tune AI models for generating or modifying playable ads.
• Develop AI workflows to iterate gameplay logic, UI, visuals, and pacing.
• Collaborate with creative, growth, data, and engineering teams to improve pipelines.
• Benchmark the market and test new ideas to improve playable ad performance.
