Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Creative Producer to coordinate the production of playable ads and drive performance across networks. You will work with internal teams and external partners to bring high-impact creatives to life.

You should have 3+ years in Creative Production, strong project management, and a passion for mobile games. Fluency in English is required while relocation to Paris is discussed; full remote possible for abroad candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in the Creative Production segment.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong ability to develop detailed playables briefs.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in a creative or art direction role with third-party providers is preferred.
• Technical background in playables is highly appreciated.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze playable performance to extract actionable insights and drive iterative improvements.
• Benchmark market trends and ad networks to uncover opportunities for ideation and creative differentiation.
• Define and craft playable briefs combining performance data, game feel expertise, and strong art direction (including asset guidance).
• Monitor and optimize playable performance over time, shaping strategies to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, User Acquisition, Video, Analytics, etc.) to align ideation, production priorities, and overall playable strategy.
• Proactively identify and implement process and product improvements to elevate the efficiency and impact of playable development.
