PeopleFun is seeking a Playable Ads Developer based in France to shape HTML5 playable ads for a mobile gaming portfolio. You will convert existing games into engaging, high-performance playable experiences and own the production workflow end-to-end.

This remote Europe role combines development, creative problem-solving, and AI-enabled tooling to speed production, improve quality, and collaborate with marketing, art, and production teams across titles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing playable advertisements, HTML5 games, or similar interactive web-based experiences.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS skills and cross-platform techniques.
• Portfolio of playable ads or HTML5 games required.
• Experience using AI-powered tools in a development/workflow.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end development and delivery of playable ads across the studio’s mobile game portfolio.
• Convert existing mobile game experiences into engaging, responsive HTML5 playable advertisements.
• Build scalable development processes and tooling to increase production volume and consistency.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate production and improve quality.
• Optimize playable ads for user experience, performance, and cross-device compatibility.
• Implement adaptive layouts and interactive elements with JavaScript/CSS animations.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative producers, artists, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
• Continuously test new technologies and workflows to improve production.
