Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Playable Ads Chapter Lead to guide the playable ads chapter within the Central Growth Team. You will lead initiatives, stay hands-on in production, and drive innovation across playable ad formats for multiple game franchises.

The role requires 4+ years in playable ads or game development, strong leadership, and fluency in English. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in playable ads or game development.
• Hands-on, maker mindset—comfortable producing while coordinating.
• Solid understanding of mobile marketing performance metrics and creative testing.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach peers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a high-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (French a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team of playable ads developers/strategists embedded in franchise squads.
• Stay hands-on with playable ad production and iterate high-quality creatives.
• Oversee workflows, tooling, and best practices for the team.
• Drive innovation in playable ad formats and new mechanics.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager and creatives to align priorities.
• Benchmark competitor ads and analyze performance data.
• Provide guidance on development and marketing performance topics.
• Roll out playable ads across multiple game franchises.
• Help define vision, standards, and processes for the chapter.
