Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Playable Ads Chapter Lead to join the Central Growth Team in Paris. You will lead playable ads developers and strategists, stay hands-on with production, and drive innovation across formats for multiple game franchises.

You will mentor peers, shape the chapter's vision and processes, and collaborate with Growth managers to align priorities with franchise goals. Fluent English required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in playable ads or game development.
• Hands-on production capability with the ability to coordinate teams.
• Experience with Unity (Luna) or Cocos Creator.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and asset generation.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of playable ads developers/strategists embedded within franchise squads.
• Stay hands-on with playable ad production and iterate high-quality creatives.
• Oversee workflows, tooling, and best practices for the playable team.
• Drive innovation in playable ad formats and explore new mechanics.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager and creative strategists to set priorities.
• Benchmark competitor playable ads and analyze performance data.
• Serve as a technical/strategic reference on development and marketing topics.
• Support rollout of playable ads across multiple game franchises.
• Help define and evolve the chapter's vision, standards, and processes.
