Pelico, Paris, France, is seeking a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to architect the orchestration layer for our global SaaS platform, spanning cloud and air-gapped environments. You’ll make Pelico easy to install, manage, and scale across diverse hosts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles in high-growth or production environments.
• Strong experience building and operating cloud and on-premise infrastructure with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability and modern deployment practices.
• Solid software engineering background, ideally with Java, and an automation-first mindset.
• Comfortable on-call, troubleshooting production incidents, and improving platform reliability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Engineering, Product and customer IT teams.
• Active interest in AI-enabled workflows for coding, infrastructure automation, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Build deployment platforms that work everywhere across Kubernetes, Docker, VM, air-gapped environments and private cloud using Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Create a true one-click deployment experience by standardizing installation, upgrades and tooling.
• Improve platform reliability and observability with monitoring, diagnostics and runbooks.
• Participate in production operations including on-call rotations and incident response.
• Elevate the DevOps platform by standardizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Support enterprise growth including GovCloud, FedRAMP readiness and regulated deployments.
• Drive AI-powered infrastructure engineering and automation initiatives.
