Pelico seeks a senior full-stack engineer to own one surface end-to-end, shipping workflows that fix real customer problems on the factory floor. You’ll write code, stay configuration-focused, and feed customer patterns back into the platform. You’ll lead by example with the squad and engineers at customer sites.

You’ll bring hands-on Kotlin/Java backend and TypeScript/React frontend skills, product judgment, and a drive to stay at the frontier of AI-enabled workflows in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping customer-facing software end to end.
• Strong hands-on coding in Kotlin/Java and TypeScript/React.
• Product and customer judgment with MVP-first delivery.

Responsabilités

• Ship the surface end to end with configuration-first approach.
• Define specs, run spec-driven workflows, and maintain AI-assisted quality.
• Collaborate with engineers at customer sites and lead by example.
