Job summary

Remanence is hiring a Member of Technical Staff - Full-Stack to accelerate its enterprise AI platform. You will build the web app, APIs, SDKs, and backend services that connect agent activity to evaluation and training.

You’ll turn research capabilities into an intuitive product used by researchers and customers. You’ll own features from prototype to production, work with researchers and customers, and ensure robust production systems with authentication, permissions, and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience in Python, production-grade systems.
• Experience shipping and owning production software.
• Proficiency in API design, data modeling and correctness under concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Build interfaces and APIs to connect agents, tools, and data.
• Develop backend workflows and platform foundations (auth, isolation, audit trails).
• Own services in production with testing, observability, and on-call duties.
