PACE Global in Paris is seeking an expert MEP Planner/Planning Manager to lead the planning function for a major hyperscale data centre project. You will drive the schedule, mentor planners, and coordinate closely with the client, contractor, and subcontractors on a cutting-edge build.

You will develop Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject, and deliver clear progress reports with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must lead and mentor a full team of Planners from Junior to Senior levels.
• Develop and maintain construction programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject.
• Act as planning liaison between client, contractor and subcontractors.
• Implement planning processes and monitor progress with site walks.
• Generate clear progress reports and forecasts using BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team: Manage, mentor, and lead a full team of Planners (Grad to Senior).
• Master the Schedule: Develop Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject.
• Drive Alignment: Liaise between contractor, Client, and subcontractors.
• Process Ownership: Implement planning processes and track deadlines across functions.
• Insight & Reporting: Use Power BI and Excel to produce progress reports and forecasts.
