The CNRS unit Unité de biologie moléculaire, cellulaire et du développement in Toulouse collaborates with CRCT INSERM and hosts a PhD student focusing on AT/RT epigenome dynamics using integrative computational approaches. The position combines experimental and computational components under two supervisors.

The ideal candidate holds a master's in biology or bioinformatics, has experience in computational epigenome analysis, and is fluent in English to present results at scientific events.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biology or bioinformatics is required.
• Experience with computational epigenome analysis.
• Familiarity with modeling concepts; knowledge of cell culture is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare samples for epigenomic analyses (ATAC-Seq, Cut&Run) and perform computational analyses.
• Integrated into two research teams: CRCT (computational) and CBI (experimental).
• Present results at PEPR Cell-ID or other scientific events.
