IPVF in Île-de-France invites a PhD student to join the ICARE thematic team on innovative characterization and modelling of perovskite-based interfaces.

The project focuses on lateral heterojunction architectures, advanced nanoscale tools such as Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy and synchrotron-based spectroscopy, and numerical modelling to predict device performance and reliability. A Master’s degree in physics or materials science is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physics, materials science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics is desirable.
• Experience with solar cell physics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work on the development and optimization of the lateral heterojunction (LHJ) samples.
• Characterize the LHJ devices using advanced characterization tools.
• Develop numerical modelling of the device to predict performance and reliability.

Formation

Master of science in applied or condensed matter physics, materials science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
