IPVF – Photovoltaic Institute of Île-de-France in Paris-Saclay is seeking a research engineer to advance III-V materials, manage MBE equipment, and collaborate with partners on semiconductor materials and transport layers. Within the framework of the IPVF Joint Research Programme on the development of low cost and high performance solar cells, we are looking for a research engineer to continue the development of III-V materials, manage MBE equipment, ensure its proper functioning and collaborate with our partners (internal and external) for the development of semiconductor materials or transport layers.
Within the Manufacturing Processes and Product Development team , the candidate will be involved in material growth projects, the development of innovative deposition processes, and the production of reference layers for internal needs. They will also contribute to research projects and build a technological bridge between the various stakeholders in the joint research program to disseminate technological innovations stemming from their research on semiconductor materials and/or transport layers.
