ProductLife Group is looking for a Senior Delegated Pharmacist to lead a distribution team in Croissy‑Beaubourg for a 6‑month full‑time interim assignment.

Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Role Overview

• Title: Senior Delegated Pharmacist & Distribution Team Manager (Interim/Transition Management)
• Location: Croissy‑Beaubourg, France
• Contract: 6 months, full‑time
• Work pattern: On‑site 4 days per week, 1 day remote (exceptionally 2 days remote maximum)
• Team size: Management of approximately 10 people in distribution operations

Responsibilities (high level)

• Lead daily distribution operations; schedule, coach, and performance‑manage the team
• Ensure full GDP compliance and partner with QA on audits/CAPAsDrive transition objectives: stabilize processes, reduce errors, improve OTIF
• Report weekly on KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans

Must‑have profile

• Senior pharmacist with proven experience managing distribution teams (~10 FTE)
• Solid GDP knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Demonstrated success in transition/interim management
• Strong stakeholder management and floor leadership; data‑driven approach to KPIs (service level, quality, safety, cost)
• Availability to start quickly; can commit to the hybrid model above
• Work authorization for France

Nice to have

• Experience as “Pharmacien Délégué” (or equivalent) in France or EU context
• French language skills (English required; French a strong plus)
• Background in pharma distribution/3PL, cold chain, and quality systems
