Pharmafield Groupe recherche un Délégué Hospitalier pour promouvoir des produits auprès des professionnels de santé. Ce rôle implique la gestion d'un portefeuille clients, la mise en œuvre de plans d'action et le suivi des développements médicaux. Le candidat idéal possède un BAC+3 en vente médicale et une solide connaissance du circuit hospitalier.

• Diplôme en vente médicale (BAC+3) et/ou carte professionnelle requise.
• Connaissance approfondie du circuit hospitalier.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements.

• Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients.

Un Délégué Hospitalier H/F en CDI

Sector: 10p/21/25/39/52p/58/67p/68/70/71/88p/89p/90

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will play a key role in promoting a range of products to healthcare professionals in your sector.

Main Missions:

1. Promote, inform, and advise healthcare professionals about a range of products, following marketing campaigns and respecting the rules of good drug use and promotional information charter.
2. Manage and develop your sector collaboratively, according to your sector action plan.
3. Gather, process, and disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about our products and their activity.
4. Create and maintain a client portfolio including a broad target of healthcare professionals (doctors, hospital pharmacists, nurses, opinion leaders...).
5. Design and implement sectoral action plans to promote the laboratory's products.
6. Continuously monitor medical, health, and scientific developments to enhance your presentations and understanding of the hospital environment.
7. Regularly report on the use of promoted medications and products, inform pharmacovigilance teams, and contribute to reports and documentation on their usage.

Profile:

• Degree in medical sales (BAC+3) and/or professional card required.
• Deep knowledge of the hospital circuit, its operation, and various services.
• Strong scientific and medical knowledge to effectively inform healthcare professionals about products and medications.
• Communication skills and promotional techniques to develop effective action plans and meet objectives.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
• Organizational skills and autonomy in task management.

Salary: €51,600 + bonuses
