Laboratoires Fidia S.A.S. is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen its commercial organisation in France and to lead and develop the national sales team, translating strategy into effective field execution and sustainable results.

As a member of the France Leadership Team, you will collaborate with the General Manager France and cross‑functional teams to drive sales performance, customer engagement and a compliant, high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 3 years in first‑line management.
• MBA or pharmaceutical business qualification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the French pharmaceutical environment and compliant practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of eight, with regular field visits and performance reviews.
• Set sales priorities and deliver national objectives for sales, market share and customer coverage.
• Track KPIs, forecasts and market developments; address gaps and identify opportunities.
• Drive territory planning, customer targeting and use of CRM and sales tools.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on launches and strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders to support customer engagement.
• Manage sales resources and budgets, ensuring compliance with standards.
