Job summary

Ledger, a global platform for digital assets, is seeking a driven Amazon Ads Analyst to own performance campaigns across markets. You will leverage AI dashboards to monitor impact, automate manual workflows, and collaborate with data, operations, and finance to align ads with inventory and budgets.

Based in Paris with a hybrid work policy, you will drive incremental revenue beyond efficient spend and continuously evaluate tools and partners to scale our Amazon presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis.
• Strong appetite for AI with dashboards, reportings or automated processes built using AI tools.
• Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems.

Responsibilities

• Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue.
• Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.
• Data & reporting: collaborate with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
• Tooling & partner evaluation: benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners to identify the best stack for scale.
• Cross functional collaboration: work with operations/catalog, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
