Job summary
Air Apps is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our onsite Lisbon team. You will support HR operations, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee services while ensuring compliant processes and a proactive, people-first culture.
You will manage recruitment tasks end to end, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and help create a positive candidate experience. Fluent English is required; Portuguese is a bonus, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers negotiation in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
- Proficient in LinkedIn tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and other sourcing platforms for talent engagement.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations & employee support: payroll coordination, benefits administration, and data management.
- Recruitment & hiring support: postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, process coordination.
- Onboarding coordination and new-hire integration.
