Job summary

Air Apps is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage corporate IT infrastructure and SaaS tools, ensuring a secure, scalable work environment. You will oversee device management, access control, and security best practices in a fast-paced, remote-first company with potential relocation support to Lisbon.

The role requires cloud experience, IAM expertise, and scripting skills, with hands-on work across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS/Azure, and RBAC implementation.

Qualifications

3+ years in IT administration or IT support.
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of IAM, MFA, RBAC and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure and SaaS apps.
Oversee user access provisioning and identity management.
Ensure network security and data encryption policies.
Monitor hardware and software performance and troubleshoot issues.
Automate IT operations and maintain licenses and docs.
