Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, security, and SaaS tools for a fast-paced organization.

You will oversee device management, access control, and IT support across the company, with a focus on IAM, network security, and automation to scale operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT administration or IT support.
• Experience with cloud-based corporate IT environments.
• Proficiency in IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD).
• Knowledge of endpoint management (MDM).
• Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls.
• IT automation and scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, connectivity.
• GDPR and SOC 2 compliance understanding.
• Fast-paced, remote-first work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure including SaaS apps.
• Oversee user access, provisioning, and identity management across platforms.
• Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies.
• Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance, troubleshooting as needed.
• Implement IT security best practices including MFA and RBAC.
• Maintain licenses, compliance requirements, and IT documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.
