Job summary

360Learning is seeking a People Experience Specialist to drive the operational execution of our global L&D, employee engagement, facilities and CSR initiatives. You will manage daily workflows, maintain the 360Learning course catalog, and support onboarding and reporting.

You will collaborate with HROps and HRBP, ensuring training processes, office operations, and compliance run smoothly while building scalable admin solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in L&D Operations, People Ops, HR administration, or facilities coordination.
• Experience handling day-to-day workplace operations and meeting administrative deadlines.
• Strong spreadsheet skills to collect CSR data, prepare CSE reports, and analyze training requests.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with LMS platforms (360Learning) or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the operational execution of global L&D, Employee Engagement, Facilities, and CSR initiatives.
• Manage daily L&D workflows and maintain the 360Learning course catalog.
• Support engagement survey logistics and coordinate learning events.
• Handle day-to-day office facilities requests and onboarding workflows.
• Compile regulatory HR/CSE training reports.
• Triage training requests and maintain course hygiene on 360Learning and Confluence.
• Manage engagement pulse surveys on Lattice.
• Track CSR data and produce monthly People Experience dashboards.
