Job summary

360Learning is seeking a People Experience Specialist to drive the operational execution of global L&D, employee engagement, facilities, and CSR initiatives. You will manage daily L&D workflows, maintain the course catalog on 360Learning, support engagement survey logistics, coordinate learning events, and handle facilities requests while ensuring regulatory HR/CSE reporting is accurate.

Reporting to the People Experience Lead and collaborating with HROps and HRBP, you will ensure training

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in L&D Operations, People Ops, HR administration, workplace/facilities coordination, or event planning (internships/apprenticeships included)
• Comfort handling day-to-day workplace operations (badges, deliveries, ad hoc assistance tickets, maintenance follow-up)
• High comfort with spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas) to collect CSR raw data, prepare CSE reports, and analyze training requests
• Rigorous organization, multi-tasking, and strict deadlines
• Tech savvy with learning platforms (360Learning), HR systems and Google Workspace
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Within 1 month: immerse in Convexity culture, master tool stack, learn L&D/admin workflows, handle training requests and office logistics
• Within 3 months: triage training requests, maintain course catalog, manage engagement survey schedules, handle facilities logistics, collect CSR data, support CSR reporting
• Within 6 months: coordinate internal workshops/events, create/update learning assets, track completion rates and dashboards, assist space planning and office logistics
• Within 12 months: operate autonomously in L&D/admin, identify bottlenecks and propose automated workflows between 360Learning, HiBob, and tracking tools
