Google, Paris, is seeking a People Consultant (Fixed Term Contract) to partner with Googlers and leaders on HR matters. You will advise on performance, workplace concerns, and organizational change, drawing on data to guide decisions.

You will collaborate with local stakeholders to deliver tailored HR solutions and support a high-trust, inclusive work environment. As a local HR advisor, you will provide timely guidance, balance individual needs with company resources, and help teams navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
• Experience in French labor law and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations and service delivery, and influence forward thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better Googler Experience.
• Act as a HR advisor, mentor, and strategic partner to Googlers, managers and leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
• Provide timely and sound HR guidance, managing client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve complex HR problems, build relationships, and increase Googler, manager, and leader capability.
• Deliver dynamic consultations on a variety of HR topics such as performance enablement, team/manager effectiveness, career development, navigating transitions, and operationalizing reorganizations.
• Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area or market via dynamic consultations.
